LML Salon Policies
Your appointments are very important to the LML team members, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Label Me Lindsay Policies
Welcome to Label Me Lindsay! We’re excited to have you with us and want to ensure you have a wonderful experience. To help us serve you better, please take a moment to review our policies:
1. Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy We value your time and our team’s time, so we reserve appointments especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the chance to offer your slot to someone else and keeps everything running smoothly.
Cancellation with Less than 24 Hours' Notice: 50% of the service amount.
No-Show: 100% of the service amount.
Same-Day Appointments: For cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment, the fee is 100% of the service amount. If you cancel 4 or more hours before, it’s 50%.
Deposits: If your service requires a deposit, please cancel at least 24 hours ahead to receive a refund. If you don’t show up, you’ll be charged 100% of the service amount minus the deposit.
2. Children's Safety Policy To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for everyone, children under 12 may only be in the salon or spa area if they are receiving a service or accompanied by another adult. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
3. Guest Experience Rate To keep providing the top-notch service you love, we’ve introduced a 4% Guest Experience Rate on all salon services. This helps us manage rising costs without adjusting our service prices. Thank you for your support and understanding!
4. No Cell Phones For a tranquil experience, please turn off your cell phone before entering our service area. If you need to take an emergency call, feel free to do so in the lobby or outside. Your cooperation helps us keep the atmosphere relaxing for everyone.
5. Talking We love catching up with our clients, but to maintain a serene environment, we ask that conversations be kept at a softer volume. Thank you for helping us keep the calm!
6. Lashes from Other Salons To ensure the best results, we do not offer touch-ups or foreign fills for lashes applied elsewhere. We recommend a full set with us for a fresh look. If you need lash removal, please visit the original salon, as we do not provide this service for lashes from other salons.
7. Age Requirement for Eye Services For safety reasons, services involving the eyes, such as lash lifts, extensions, and tints, are available to clients aged 18 and over.
8. Policy Updates Our policies may change from time to time to better serve you. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
